27th June 2012 - During a routine inspection

People who used the service said they were happy with the treatment they received. They said Mr Jack always discussed their treatment options and they found the staff team to be friendly and professional. Their comments included:

“The dentist explained everything to me very well”.

“The staff are delightful, I’ve never been treated better”.

“I’m very happy with my treatment. Mr Jack is very, very good. You really couldn’t get any better. ”

“Mr Jack and the staff team are great. I’ve just completed some treatments and was told to call back at any time if there was a problem”.

“The standard of cleanliness is very good”.

“I am very happy with Mr Jack and the service he provides. All in all the service and staff team are marvellous”.
