23rd November 2012 - During a routine inspection

We talked with a small number of people on the telephone following the visit. People told us they had a good relationship with the dental surgeons and other staff. People said that their treatment was explained to them. People said they were happy with the treatment provided and would recommend the practice to others.

Comments included:

“One always feels you are making an informed choice because of the quality of the information”;

"They're absolutely brilliant - we use them now for our general dental care"; and

"It's superb".
