29th November 2012 - During a routine inspection pdf icon

People told us that the dentist was good at explaining what course of treatment was required and the reasons why it was needed. “He is laid back and explains everything”, one person told us.

People were very positive about the treatment and quality of service that they received. Comments included, “Very effective in regard to advice and treatment. My gums have completely stopped bleeding since coming here”; and “"Professional. He sings to put me at ease”.

People said that if they had any concerns that they felt confident to talk to the dentist. Information about how to make a complaint was made readily available to people who use the service.

The practice had a number of systems in place to make sure that the service assessed and monitored its delivery of care. This included regularly asking people who use the service for their views.
