8th August 2013 - During a routine inspection pdf icon

This small, well equipped friendly practice has recently undergone an extensive refurbishment.

We saw patients attending in the course of the morning and spoke at length with two adult patients who had been treated that day. Both were very complimentary about the dentist and the practice staff. One said "I have excellent service and treatment and the staff are always pleasant, polite and helpful. I can get an appointment at a time that is convenient for me and my dentist is very professional and very good”.

The provider had systems in place to ensure that suitable and skilled staff were employed at the service. Appropriate checks had been undertaken to ensure that staff were suitable to support vulnerable people. Staff we spoke with told us that they had received good training before they provided support to people and they felt very well supported by the provider.
