We spoke with four people who used the service who told us that they had every confidence in the dentist. They also said that they were very happy with the treatment they received. One person told us “he never makes me feel like I am a nuisance and always talks through my options”. Another person told us “he is always helpful and very diligent in what he does”.

People who used the service told us that they were involved in planning their treatment and making decisions about their dental care. People were given appropriate information and support regarding their care and treatment.

We found the practice clean and tidy. Infection control policies were followed and personal protective equipment was used appropriately by staff.

Staff we spoke with told us that they felt supported by the dentist. They said they like that it was a small practice as it had a ‘family’ feel to it. All staff had received an annual appraisal in March of this year.

We saw evidence that regular checks and monitoring were being completed by the dentist. People's views were also sought.
