29th May 2012 - During a routine inspection

We were not able to speak with patients for this service because no one attended the service during our visit. We gathered evidence of people’s experiences of the service by reviewing the results of the satisfaction survey.

Feedback from patients said “the service was extremely professional, organised but at the same time friendly and inviting”, “very friendly staff" and "I like the private service at MESMAC". We looked at treatment plans and they included different options where these were appropriate and enabling patients to make an informed choice.
