31st January 2014 - During a routine inspection pdf icon

People were welcomed by the staff and were dealt with professionally and with respect.

People’s care and treatment was explained to them in a way they understood. They felt able to ask questions about their treatment to ensure they knew what to expect. People were given clear information about the cost of treatment before agreeing to go ahead.

The dental practice was visibly clean and provided a comfortable environment to be treated in. There were effective decontamination processes in place.

Staff were appropriately supported through thorough induction and in service training, supervision and appraisal. The provider had robust quality assurance methods and sought feedback from staff and people who used the practice.
