26th February 2013 - During an inspection to make sure that the improvements required had been made pdf icon

We did not speak with people who use the service at this visit. We looked at the recruitment and personnel files of six staff employed by the service.

1st November 2012 - During a routine inspection pdf icon

We spoke with eight patients who told us that they were very satisfied with the quality of services provided. Their comments included; “See the hygienist twice a year it’s been a great find”. “Very happy with the treatment and service provided not very mobile wouldn’t manage the stairs, seen in the downstairs surgery”.

“Been coming for 20 years or more the opening hours are really accommodating, if you ever have any queries the dentist is quick to look into things”. “Not been coming that long, today is the first time for any treatment the options were discussed/explained”. “Been very good, nothing to complain about”. “Everything here is as good as it could be”.
