Patients told us they were happy with the care and treatment they received at the practice and they were confident that their individual needs were met. Policies, good practice and staff training helped to ensure patients received effective and safe treatment.

Patients spoke highly of the staff team. One person told us; “They are lovely. There doesn’t appear to be a turnover, not loads of new faces.” Adding; “So you feel comfortable. Good staff retention means they are happy and treated well.” Another patient said; “Staff are absolutely lovely and always remember your name. They are ‘can do’ people.”

Without exception all the staff we spoke with told us they were well supported in their work and received a high level of training. Staff valued the support provided by the practice manager. Comments included; “(the practice manager) is very good at keeping us up to date and is on the ball.”

Records of checks and audits were seen. The practice manager demonstrated a strong commitment to quality assurance and maintaining high standards.
