4th January 2013 - During a routine inspection pdf icon

We spoke to five people who used the service and all of the people we spoke with told us that they were happy with the service provided.

People told us that they had no concerns about the staff at the surgery. They said the staff were always kind courteous and friendly and that they were always treated respectfully

People told us that they were given options about the treatment available to them and were able to make informed decisions on what treatment they received.

We were told by people who used the service that they felt safe and that the dentist and staff made them feel at ease.

People said they were told about and understood the treatment bands for NHS services.

People said the premises were always clean and fresh. They told us they had no concerns about the cleanliness and hygiene at the service.

People told us they knew how to make a complaint if they had any problems with the service. Staff told us that they would support people to make a compliant if they so wished.
