13th February 2013 - During a routine inspection

We spoke with two individual patients and one family of four who had attended on the day our inspection. They all told us that they were happy with the practice and felt they were treated with respect and courtesy.

.

They all said that the dentist explained their treatment well so they understood the options available. All the patients said that they were given information on how to care for their mouths and prevent dental disease so that they had the information they needed to maintain good oral health.

Staff were well trained so that they were able to deliver treatment safely.

Patients were protected from unsafe and inappropriate care because the practice records kept were accurate, fit for purpose and held in a confidential and secure way.
