2nd October 2012 - During an inspection in response to concerns

We did not speak to people who used this dental practice this time. We received information from anonymous sources with concerning allegations that this dental practice was not holding patient records securely, and that the fire alarms were not working properly. We therefore carried out an unannounced visit to this practice to consider whether the regulations about healthcare records and the maintenance of the premises were being breached.

4th January 2012 - During a routine inspection

When we visited the service we were not able to speak to any service users.
