8th February 2012 - During a routine inspection pdf icon

We spoke with three patients during our visit. One patient, who was a new patient to the surgery, told us that they had joined the practice on recommendation. This patient told us that the practice staff had been very helpful and informative.

Another patient told us that they, and their family, had been treated at the practice over many years and “Have always received an excellent service.” This patient told us that they had always been treated courteously and all staff were very friendly and helpful. Their treatment was always explained and discussed with them, including options and related costs.

We were told that the surgeries were always clean, eye protection was always provided and dental staff always wore gloves.

We communicated with a patient who was deaf and this patient told us that the dental team were always patient and helpful and ensured that treatment was explained and understood by writing things down.
