18th February 2014 - During a routine inspection pdf icon

We spoke with one person during this inspection. They told us the dentist had asked for verbal and written consent and had explained the treatment options to them.

They told us the environment was clean and well maintained and confirmed the dentist wore appropriate protection during treatment. The person said “the practice has a freshness about it in the way it operates”.

We found that people were cared for by a sufficient number of staff that had been through the appropriate recruitment checks.

There was an effective complaints system available, in case anyone wished to raise a complaint, and records were appropriately maintained. The person had no complaints about the service.
