8th March 2012 - During a routine inspection pdf icon

Patients who used the dental practice were positive about the quality of dental service they had received. Comments included “The dentist is excellent”, “I feel very involved in my treatment”, “I trust the dentist”, “I tell my friends that the dentist is very good”, and “I’ve been coming here for many years, I am very happy with the dentist”.

Patients told us the dentist informed them of the action that they could take to improve their dental health. They confirmed that they felt involved in their treatment plans, were provided with options, which were explained to them in a way they understood. They confirmed that the costs of treatment were made clear before treatment commenced, and they were asked for their consent prior to all treatment. Patients said that their privacy and dignity were respected and the dental surgery was always clean.
