15th January 2014 - During a routine inspection
Before people received any care or treatment they were asked for their consent and the provider acted in accordance with their wishes. People's treatment was planned and delivered in a way that ensured people's safety and welfare. Staff had undertaken adult safeguarding training and child protection training that ensured patients felt safe. Staff had the appropriate training which ensured they were able to undertake their roles effectively. People were asked for their comments and feedback which was acted upon.
29th March 2012 - During a routine inspection
People told us that they were happy with the service they receive at this dental Practice. We were told that the service is welcoming and friendly. Two people told us that they moved to Dorset five years ago but still use the practice. They said that they combine check ups when visiting friends in the area. People said the service provided treatment for their family for many years and they will continue to use this service. We were told that the dentist always talks to them and explains all the procedures and options available. People told us that the surgery is always very clean.
