13th March 2013 - During a routine inspection pdf icon

People told us that they were “happy” with the service they received from the practice. One person told us that they thought the treatment was “good”, the staff were “lovely”. Another person told us that “everything was done right” by the practice and there were “no problems, treatment was always fully explained”

We found that people were given appropriate information regarding treatment. Care and support given, met their needs and protected their rights.

The service followed the appropriate guidance regarding the risk of infection. Those we spoke with said they found the practice to be “spotless”.

The provider could demonstrate that appropriate checks were in place regarding the recruitment and vetting of staff. There was an effective system in place to assess and monitor the quality of service.
