10th September 2012 - During a routine inspection pdf icon

We spoke with three patients and read the comments in the comments/suggestions box. They told us staff were helpful and always treated them respectfully. They said they were very happy with the practice and did not have any concerns or issues about the care received. Comments included: "Such pleasant staff and what excellent dental work"; "New patient to practice, made very welcome by pleasant staff and dentist, would recommend practice to family and friends"; "My experience of the service is very positive"; "I am very satisfied with the service".

There was evidence that the provider sought the views of people using the service.

We saw the practice was clean and there were effective systems in place to prevent and control infection.

The arrangements for medicines were satisfactory.

The practice had satisfactory policies and procedures in place for safeguarding children, but there were none available for safeguarding vulnerable adults.
