Patients told us that they were happy with the service provided. They thought that they had been given enough information about their treatment options and about any fees they would have to pay.

Mr and Mrs Dening’s practice had systems in place to gain and review consent from the people who used the service. People told us that they were always given enough time to consider the dental treatment offered to them. One person told us "My dentist explains everything to me." Another said "The dentist is very clear about what needs to be done, I have a choice and can change my mind if I decide against certain choices."

People who used the service were satisfied that their dental needs were met.

People were confident that there were good standards of hygiene at the practice. One person told us "When I go to the dentist it is always spotless." Another person told us “everything is very clean, those girls are always cleaning and it smells nice and fresh.”

All aspects of the day to day running of the practice was monitored. This had been reviewed and updated at regular intervals. The provider told us and we saw that regular audits and risk assessments had been carried out to ensure that the

practice could evidence and deliver a consistent quality service and make any

improvements where necessary.
