1st January 1970 - During an inspection to make sure that the improvements required had been made

We found that people received the planned care and treatment they needed with appropriate risk assessments in place. Equipment’s were regularly maintained and arrangements were in place for medical emergencies.

Infection prevention procedures were being followed to minimise the risk of infection. Decontamination procedures were followed to ensure instruments were being hygienically cleaned.
