10th May 2012 - During a routine inspection

We spoke with one patient who attended the practice on the day we visited. The patient told us that she received very good care and was always treated with dignity and respect. Staff at the practice were described as "courteous and efficient". The patient told us that the practice was always clean and well maintained and stated "I would give the staff top marks".
