16th July 2014 - During a routine inspection pdf icon

We spoke with four patients who told us that they were happy with the service provided. One patient said “I have been coming here for a long time, I have no complaints about cleanliness it is spotless. Staff are ever so polite”. Another patient told us that the dentist had given them gloves and a mask they said “We will be powerful super heroes”.

Patients said their treatment plans were always explained and discussed with them. Patients said that the service was always clean, and all the staff were friendly and welcoming.

We found that patients who used the practice understood the care and treatment choices available to them. We found that the provider had an effective system to regularly assess and monitor the quality of service that patients’ received.

We found that patients were protected from the risk of infection because appropriate guidance had been followed.
