We spoke to six patients about their opinions and experiences regarding the care they had received from the practice. They said that they had no complaints and they were happy with the service provided.

Patients told us they were given various information about their treatment and knew what to expect. Overall they explained that they felt the level of service was ‘Very good.”

Patient’s told us there was always a dental nurse assisting the dentist and they could ask as many questions as they wanted about their care.

The clinic was accessible to patients with mobility problems and had three treatment rooms on the ground floor which could accommodate people with mobility problems or in wheelchairs to be comfortably given their treatment.
