5th October 2012 - During a routine inspection pdf icon

We did not speak to people who used the service; however we looked at patient feedback forms and compliments and complaints leaflets completed by people who used the service.

From the feedback forms we looked at people said they were satisfied with the service and all said they would recommend the practice to a friend. People who used the service stated that they were sufficiently involved in decisions about their care and that costs were clearly explained to them.

From the compliments and complaints leaflets we looked at one person stated, ‘Very pleased with service and professionalism of staff’, another stated, ‘Made the experience stress free.’

We found that people who used the service had their privacy and dignity respected.

We found that people were protected from the risk of infection as care was delivered in a clean and hygienic environment.
