17th October 2012 - During a routine inspection

People we spoke with said that although things had changed within the practice, the staff were always pleasant. People told us they were kept informed of any changes that took place in the practice and treatment was explained, which included the cost.

People we spoke with said that, although things had changed within the practice, the staff were always pleasant. People told us they were kept informed of any changes that took place in the practice and that their dental treatment was explained to them, which included its cost.

We found that the practice was well run and all audits and checks of areas such as infection control and maintenance of dental and fire equipment were completed.
