27th February 2012 - During a routine inspection

During our visit we spoke with people who used the service when they were waiting for their appointments or had just seen their dentist.

People told us that the staff at the practice were polite, friendly and helpful. They were given good information about any treatment they needed.

People liked being reminded of their appointments by telephone.

Comments that people made included,

“It’s an excellent practice; no problems at all”.

“Meets my needs.”

"If there is an emergency they fit you in as soon as they can, I had a filling come out and got an appointment the next day".

"Everyone is very professional".

Staff told us “it is a lovely team”, it is a “stable place to work” and the people that work in the practice were “supportive”.
