19th October 2012 - During a routine inspection
New Road dental surgery was a small practice with one dentist and two dental nurses. We were able to speak with the dentist and the two dental nurses during our visit and we also spoke with two patients who attended appointments. Patients who received treatment at New Road dental surgery told us that they were very happy with the care and treatment they received and they had confidence in the staff. Patients who spoke with us said “The staff are polite and approachable” and “The dentist is explicit about what each treatment involves and what the costs are.” Patients told us that they were impressed with the efficient and friendly service and they felt the hygiene and cleanliness of the practice was “Excellent”.
