18th July 2013 - During a routine inspection
People we spoke with were complimentary about everyone who worked at the practice and said they were treated with respect. They told us their confidentiality, privacy and dignity were always maintained. One person said, “All staff are very friendly. The dentist sets the standard and it’s high.” People told us they were very happy with the care and treatment they had received. One person said, “They have the latest technology, a hygienist on site which is very important for me. They really focus on prevention and say how to look after your teeth.” The provider had effective systems in place to monitor quality and safety. Staff received appropriate support. One member of staff said, “They give staff opportunities to do training and develop; we are well supported.” People were cared for by suitably qualified, skilled and experienced staff.
