As part of this inspection we spoke with two people who used the service and two relatives of people who used the service. One person told us, "They (staff) are angels," and a relative told us, "I feel they (relative) are safe here."

We found the service to be clean and that it had effective policies and procedures in place to manage infection. Staff received regular training and were supported to provide safe and effective care.

The service had a complaints procedure but had received no complaints in the past 12 months.
