9th October 2012 - During a routine inspection

We spoke with four patients who use the service. Patients described how they were treated by staff as "very nice and friendly". Patients commented that treatment options and fees had been explained to them in a way that they understood.

Patients who used the service said that they felt involved in their treatment and that this was explained to them in detail. Patients said they felt able to ask questions about their treatment to ensure they knew what to expect. They said the surgery was “clean and tidy” and that they had no concerns about the cleanliness at the surgery.
