16th April 2013 - During a routine inspection pdf icon

We spoke with two people who used the service during our inspection who told us they were happy with the care and treatment they had received at Oasis Dental Care – Liverpool. Some comments made were:

“I’ve been coming here for years and I couldn’t fault them. They really put you at ease”.

“The staff are lovely here - I wouldn't go anywhere else”.

People who used the service were given clear information about the treatment they would receive and how much it would cost. We saw that treatment rooms, the decontamination room, waiting area and other communal areas were clean and tidy. There were suitable arrangements in place to deal with foreseeable emergencies and all staff had been provided with suitable training and support with which to undertake their roles and responsibilities. The organisation monitored the quality of the service provided on a regular basis.
