24th April 2013 - During a routine inspection pdf icon

We spoke with three patients during our inspection all of whom were happy with the treatment they had received from Ocean Dental. Comments included, “fantastic, I used to be scared but not here “, “wonderful, nothing but good to say.” and the dentist “takes the time, brilliant”.

People’s privacy was respected and they experienced care and treatment that met their needs and protected their rights.

People who used the service were protected from the risk of abuse, because the provider had taken reasonable steps to identify the possibility of abuse and prevent abuse from happening.

People were cared for in a clean, hygienic environment by staff who were supported to deliver care and treatment safely and to an appropriate standard.
