We spoke with three people who use the service. People said they were provided with information about the treatment and the cost of the various treatments. They said, the dentist always answered their questions relating to their treatment satisfactorily. One person said, “The dentist always explains the treatment in detail including cost.” Another person said, “Before I can ask the dentist usually explains my treatment and options. They are ever so good.”

The three people we spoke with had positive experiences to share about the treatment they had received. They all said that they had recommended the practice to a friend or family member because they were so pleased with how they had been treated by the dentists and the staff team. One person said, "The after care treatment is excellent."

People were confident that their needs were assessed and care and treatment was planned and delivered in line with their individual treatment plans.

We found equipment used in the service was appropriately maintained to ensure people were not at risk from the use of unsafe equipment. There were effective systems in place to reduce the risk and spread of infection.

The service had an effective recruitment and selection procedure in place to ensure staff were appropriately recruited. There were systems in place to deal with comments and complaints including providing people who used the service with information about the system.
