We spoke to one patient who used the service and relatives of two other patients who used the service. They all said they were satisfied with the level of service received. They were complimentary about the staff, their professional and sensitive approach. Patients told us they the dentist explained the treatment options and made decisions about the treatment that best suited them. A relative said, "I like the fact that the dentist and the nurse spoke with my daughter not me." One patient said "they didn't use any technical words or would explain what it meant."
