We spoke with four people about their experiences whilst visiting the dental practice. Without exception we were told that the staff team were polite, friendly and that people were treated sensitively and with respect. People said they were provided with good information about the cost of different treatments and realistic expectations of the procedures they were having. One person told us, “They were very clear about the cost prior to the treatment starting. They explained everything in a very good way”.

People spoke very highly of the staff and expressed satisfaction with their treatment and care. Comments included, “They were very clear about the treatment time scale and I am so happy with the results”. “I am very pleased with the treatment I have had, you are never rushed and they take their time with you”. People we spoke with told us that they felt safe when care and treatment was being delivered. One person said, “I always feel very, very safe and comfortable when coming here. I have never had any complaints or concerns".

We noted that the dental practice appeared clean and well maintained. Patients we spoke with all said that the practice was always clean and tidy with one person saying, "The place is always very clean, if it wasn't I would not go".

People spoke very positively of the staff team, with one person saying. “They treat everybody really nicely, always smiling and welcoming”. I feel very comfortable when I come and I am so happy with the results”.
