We were unable to speak to people using the service and have used their feedback comments to support our findings. People's comments included statements such as "Wonderful treatment, very professional, kind, informative and helpful" and "Excellent! Well explained; brilliantly done!" The comments demonstrated a very high level of satisfaction with the service, staff and facilities.

People received sufficient information about the services provided and their individual treatment options to enable them to make a decision about treatment. A detailed medical history was taken for each person and discussed during their appointment. There were suitable arrangements in case of a medical emergency and staff had received life support training.

There were effective systems in place to reduce the risk of infection. Staff were able to describe the decontamination process to us and provided evidence to show that checks were carried out on all aspects of infection control and prevention.

Staff received suitable training and were registered with their professional bodies. Their performance was monitored and subject to annual appraisal. There were quality monitoring systems in place which included audit, risk assessment and review of the service.
