People who use the service were very pleased with their experiences at Pearls Dental Centre. One person said, “The dentist is really nice and friendly with the children, which is really good. We get seen on time and the kids get dental stickers”. Another person told us, “The staff are good, the practice is very clean and I had a very good response to get emergency treatment”.

Other comments included; “They are very good at telling you about your treatment options, the cost and you always get a text message to remind you of your appointment”.

“The staff are very helpful and polite. Things get explained to the patient so you are able to make the choice that is best for you”.

“The dentist makes the children feel at ease and we are happy here because they make you feel so comfortable”.

“I like coming here because the dentist walks you through the procedure, even after we have agreed my treatment plan”.

We looked at an analysis of the results from the most recent ‘patient satisfaction’ survey, which was extremely positive about the practice. People were happy with the kindness, helpfulness, politeness and caring nature of the staff. They were also pleased with the relaxed atmosphere and cleanliness of the practice.
