14th September 2012 - During a routine inspection

People we spoke with who used the service told us they were happy with the care provided, and knew the staff well. One person told us “I have been here loads of times over the years as I have had a number of treatments, I always know what my treatment will involve and the cost, I would pay anything to have my treatments here”. Another person told us “It is very nice here, it’s a relaxing atmosphere, which is what you need when you have to have dental work”.
