31st July 2013 - During a routine inspection pdf icon

Patients needs were assessed and care and treatment was planned and delivered in line with their individual treatment plan. We spoke with three patients who were satisfied with their treatment and confirmed the dentist explained everything clearly to them. Comments included "the dentist was brilliant with me” and "the dentist fitted me in quickly”. Patients also said they knew what the expected costs for treatment would be and that they were always asked for their updated medical histories.

There were effective systems in place to reduce the risk and spread of infection and we saw that the practice was clean. The provider sought feedback from patients and had audit systems in place to ensure the quality of the service provided.
