28th March 2012 - During a routine inspection

Patients said that they were happy with the service provided. They thought that they had been given enough information about their treatment options and about the contribution and/or fees they would have to pay. They considered that their treatment had reliably met their dental needs. They were satisfied that there were good standards of hygiene.

One patient said, 'The dentist is always very thorough and doesn't rush. When you're in the chair you feel like you’re his only patient because he takes so much time with you and is so reassuring in his manner. I'm very satisfied with the dental care I get at the practice'.
