16th April 2013 - During a routine inspection

We asked people about their experiences of the service. They told us, “Excellent, I cannot say anything else about it!” “Delightfully helpful and pleasant.” “Given plenty of information and a rough costing all the way,” “Treatment received superb.”

We looked at the records of people using the service. We saw people had treatment plans that set out their treatment needs and costs. We found that people were involved in their treatment plans and their privacy and dignity was respected.

We found that the service complied with requirements relating to safeguarding children and vulnerable adults and requirements relating to hygiene and infection control. There were procedures in place to assess and monitor the service to ensure the delivery of safe and appropriate care and treatment.
