17th May 2013 - During a routine inspection

Putney Dental Care was a clean and professionally managed dental practice. The provider had developed an action plan to achieve best practice in all areas of the service.

People who use the service told us it was easy to get appointments and that treatment options and associated costs were fully explained during their visits. One person described their treatment as "brilliant". The provider was involved in the local community and had developed good relationships with patients.

There were suitable safeguarding and emergency arrangements in place in order to ensure patient safety.
