20th August 2013 - During a routine inspection pdf icon

During our visit on the 20 August 2013 we spoke with four people who use the service, along with their children and looked at six electronic treatment plans of people who had recently visited the surgery.

People told us, “I’ve been coming here for many years and staff are very friendly”.

Putney Dentists was based in a single storey building, offering easy access for those with mobility concerns. There were four clinical rooms, a separate decontamination room and a spacious reception area. We saw that people were spoken to in a friendly and quiet manner and their privacy was maintained.

The practice was clean and well maintained, equipment regularly serviced, treatment plans held securely and staff appropriately trained and qualified.
