Five people using the service were spoken with, also a nurse, the doctor and the personal assistant. The people using the service told us that they had received excellent care and had been consulted about their treatments and the alternatives that would be available to them.

One person said, “I was given information during the consultation and then given time to decide what I wanted to do.” Another said, “The care here is very good, the staff are great and I feel safe and trust them.”

People spoken with told us that they knew how to make a complaint and they were confident that the provider and the staff would respond and deal with their concerns.

It was confirmed that people using the service completed surveys. One person told us, “I have been asked to complete a feedback form. I was also asked about my views when they moved office.”

The nurse told us that she was happy working at the clinic and confirmed that she was supported to keep up to date with her training.

We looked at five people’s records and these confirmed that consent was always signed by the person receiving the care. Other information that was needed was written down at the time of the consultation and after each treatment.
