We spoke with four people who were using the service at the time of our inspection. All four said they were very happy with the practice. Two of the people were new patients and said they had been recommended to the practice by others. They said they had been made to feel very welcome at the practice and that they were happy with their decision to register at the practice.

The other two patients had been registered for a number of years. They said that they were involved in decisions about their care, given clear information about the treatment options available to them and gave consent accordingly. All treatment prices were fully explained. They said that the dentist checked their medical histories at each visit. They said they would recommend the practice to others.

One person said the practice’s new x-ray machines used to take bite-wing images were much more comfortable than the previous ones.

We also looked at patient satisfaction survey results, which revealed a high rate of satisfaction with the care people received at Quality Dental Care. We observed excellent customer service taking place, with staff treating people with respect and warmth.
