People using the service were not available for interview during our visit. We looked at the comments they had made in the questionnaires returned to the practice. They said that they were satisfied with the way the practice was run and the service that was provided. One person commented "A wonderful practice". Another said "A really nice surgery". They also confirmed they had the consultation procedure, fees available treatments and costs explained to them. This included any risks attached to the treatments. They were treated with dignity and respect by staff and felt safe using the service.

They did not comment on the practice infection control or complaint procedures. They did tell us they thought the practice was kept clean, tidy, observed their right to privacy and had enough staff available to meet their needs.
