27th November 2013 - During a routine inspection pdf icon

People who use the service spoke very positively about the attitude, care and treatment provided by the practice team. They told us they were able to make appointments when they needed.

One person told us they had used the practice for seven years and they were very happy with the treatment they had received throughout that time. They told us their privacy was always respected and the practice was always comfortable and clean and tidy.

People who use the service were given appropriate information and support regarding their care or treatment. They were able to express their views about their treatment and were treated with respect.

People who use the service were protected from the risk of abuse, because the provider had taken reasonable steps to identify the possibility of abuse and prevent abuse from happening.

There were effective systems in place to reduce the risk and spread of infection.

The practice had a number of systems in place to make sure that the service assessed and monitored its delivery of care. This included regularly asking people who use the service for their views and taking action to address any improvements that had been identified.
