1st January 1970 - During a routine inspection pdf icon

We found that before people received any care or treatment they were asked for their consent and the provider acted in accordance with their wishes.

We found that their care and treatment was planned and delivered in line with their individual treatment plan. People experienced care, treatment and support that met their needs and protected their rights.

We spoke with one person who used the service. They told us, "I had an abscess and needed emergency treatment the last time. I am quite happy with the dentist. There was a bit of a mix up with the appointment today, but they still managed to fit me in."

People who used the service had received their treatment in premises which maintained appropriate standards of cleanliness and hygiene.

We found that people were protected from the risks of unsafe or inappropriate care and treatment because accurate and appropriate records were maintained.
