6th March 2012 - During a routine inspection

People who use the service told us that staff at the clinic were pleasant, polite and helpful. They said that they were given options about their treatment which they were able to discuss with staff at the clinic and that they were told about risks of treatments and likely outcomes. They said that medical histories were taken prior to treatment, that they felt safe using the service and that they were happy with the cleanliness of the clinic.
