1st January 1970 - During a routine inspection pdf icon

We spoke with seven patients who were very happy with the treatment that was provided for them. The patients understood what treatment they were having and how much it would cost. Patients were given the opportunity to feed back about their experiences in the practice. One person said “The dentist always takes time to explain everything”. Patients told us that they were given options and were always asked for consent to treatment. We saw that staff used current national guidance and evidence to support their care and treatment of patients. The environment was clean and well maintained. Staff were able to demonstrate that they were trained in infection control and emergency procedures. All staff were aware of the need to keep contemporaneous records in a safe place.
